Here are some piccys........ Top right is my Akai DPS12, top left is same unit with my homebuilt "rack" (quadraverb, zoom1201 and DBX pre-amp --- all used for vox) that is bolted onto my portable trolley that allows me to "record" in any free room in the house... The Variax guitar is shown on next row & for some reason it went for a walk outside... to the right of that is "my view" when I'm playing my guitar rig - from left to right Boss GT3 effects unit, Boss RC50 Looper and Roland Guitar Synth GR20, the little box is a power thing for the variax and the variax can plug into all 3 pedal-units at same time!
Then we have a close up of the Variax (600 type sunburst) with the guitar synth pick-up fitted.

Below are some older photo's!- showing a STAGG amd a SQUIRE (Strats)

Below gives a better idea of how I use the "Trolley".
These pictures were taken during being kicked out of the lounge and taking my stuff to the dining room! The speakers are on lomg leads so wherever I set up they can be positioned to give best effect. The zoom drum machine was just put there for the ride. All cables are kept on the trolley.
The vocals effects units and pre-amp are housed in an old discarded CAT5 patch panel rack, but were mounted so that the controls could be operated whilst standing up - reason being that when I record vocals (or guitar actually) I tend to be stood up, so by having the rack mounted sideways I can easily see what settings I have concocted and can reach down to twiddle!
So... bear in mind this was not a "posed" set of pictures, but were in fact "real life action shots"!!!
